Ingredientes:
250g de farinha de trigo
1 colher (sopa) de açúcar
100g de manteiga
1 pitada de sal
6 gemas
1 clara
4 colheres (sopa) de água
500g de queijo fresco sem sal
250g de açúcar
Como fazer:
Amassar a farinha com a manteiga, a colher de açúcar e a água.
Deixar repousar por meia hora no frigorífico.
Passar o queijo pela peneira, juntar o açúcar, as gemas, a clara, e bater até formar um creme espesso.
Estender a massa, forrar as formas de empada untadas com manteiga e rechear com o creme de queijo.
Levar ao forno médio até as queijadinhas ficarem coradas.
