Dissolva a farinha maisena num pouco do leite, depois acrescente as gemas e o mel, mexa bem e reserve.
Leve ao lume um tacho com o restante leite, a casca da lima e o pau de canela.
Quando levantar fervura, retire do lume, deixe arrefecer um pouco e adicione, em fio e mexendo sempre, à mistura das gemas.
Deite novamente no tacho e leve ao lume até engrossar.
Elimine a casca da lima e o pau de canela do preparado, deite-o numa taça, polvilhe com açúcar demerara.
Leve ao forno, pré-aquecido a 220ºc, durante 7 minutos.
Retire, deixe arrefecer um pouco e leve ao frio antes de servir.
